PEKO were grouped by their expertise, and they set up their 'stalls' in the form of Breakout Rooms. Throughout the hour-long session, participants chose their Breakout Rooms and engaged with PEKO and teachers from different schools on various professional discussions. For example, one of our PEKO, Mr Edmund Lim, Senior Teacher (PE) from Teck Ghee Primary School, shared his teaching practices and experiences in e-pedagogy with participants: “It was definitely a big challenge for me to lead the conversation with peers. I realised that many of us shared similar challenges, but through our discussion, we could leverage our collective experiences and strengths in improving our T&L.” Participants of the PEKO Marketplace also agreed that the session has provided an invaluable opportunity to learn from each other. Mr Mohamad Noor, HOD (ICT) from Queenstown Primary School shared: “l have learnt so much from other PEKO and participants on e-pedagogy and I am glad to be able contribute my ideas too.”
